Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of scheduling. A session is considered confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed sessions (no-shows), are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. This policy allows time to accommodate other students and families. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. Time lost due to late arrival cannot be extended or refunded. Session Scope Sessions are designed to provide individualized guidance and coaching during the scheduled time only. Additional review, writing, or feedback outside the session time is not included unless explicitly stated. No Guarantee Policy While all guidance is provided thoughtfully and professionally, admissions outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Services focus on strategy, clarity, and skill development rather than specific results. Parent Participation Parents are welcome to attend or observe sessions unless otherwise noted. Professional Conduct All sessions are expected to be conducted respectfully. Any behavior that interferes with the learning environment may result in the session being ended without refund. Next Chapter Learning provides guidance and support with college essays and application materials; however, admissions outcomes are not guaranteed. College admissions decisions are made solely by individual institutions and are influenced by many factors beyond writing support. Services are intended to help students complete polished, thoughtful essays and application materials that accurately reflect their experiences and goals.
