Refund Policy - 환불 정책

All services offered by Next Chapter Learning are non-refundable once delivered.

• Consultations and 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

• Digital products, online programs, and informational videos are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with outcomes, as admissions decisions are made independently by colleges and universities. By booking or purchasing services, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.

• 온라인 강의, 영상 콘텐츠 및 디지털 상품은 이용 권한이 제공된 이후 환불이 불가능합니다.
